lee_capri Posted January 4, 2008 Author Report Posted January 4, 2008 i wouldn't worry your only about TWO TONNES OVER!!!!the limit im not to sure about that hasa the truck is a 3.5ton truck and i dare say the transit only waigh's about 1.5ton and the truck is sat well has it slope's to the path it's just the size of it
ilovegrannys Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 She'll be alright, drive on, drive on...

Chris! Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 did you load that up with those wooden planks
one-day Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 take the first corner u come to at 40mph and you will see how over weight and height u are good luck if the rosa's catch u kiss goodbye to your licence god luck any how also that strap won't stop it from going backwards
Muttley MK2 Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 Lets see now, your truck 3500kg gross, 1880kg ulw, transit on the back approx 2000kg plus, 2000+1880= 3880 thats an easy 380 kg over the top minimum. Best of luck to you pal. My truck grosses 4600kg and I can tow (suspended) 1300kg on the spec. A twin wheel tranny is only just in my weight bracket a my gross so you are taking the piss slightly.
lee_capri Posted January 4, 2008 Author Report Posted January 4, 2008 im slightly p**sed off realy has i wanted to tow my mate has well with anouther transit at the same time kill two bird's with one stone, but when we stuck the tow rope on he was about a foot off the ar** end
lee_capri Posted January 4, 2008 Author Report Posted January 4, 2008 this waight bussimass i think the whole lot will waigh about 3.5ton,my truuck waigh's 1600kilo the transit has no seat's or engine and will probley only waigh no more than 1600 kilo it's the lengh, height is nothing has it is no higher than a luton, but the lengh
Muttley MK2 Posted January 4, 2008 Report Posted January 4, 2008 I have weighed in several transits without their lumps and even swb low tops are around 11- 1200 kilos. For the sake of your licence get yourself weighed
flyingbanana Posted January 6, 2008 Report Posted January 6, 2008 so what was the outcome......did you make it
