Toby Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 Sorry to be so predictable That's one sweet looking Pinto Can't wait to see those wheels in the air!! Tidy workshop too!
busta Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 looks good but i think you need to swop the carbs around as the linkages are at both ends and not joined together in the middle
fiesta_dan Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 engine looks the nuts jeff must cum n c u all soon to
w p e Posted January 7, 2008 Report Posted January 7, 2008 just a obsovation jeff but dont the longer engine mount go exhaust side so the manifold clears the chassis ?
James HPE Motorsport Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 looks good but i think you need to swop the carbs around as the linkages are at both ends and not joined together in the middle theres always one isnt there Its an invisable linkage to go with the invisable nuts that are holding the carbs on!!!
James HPE Motorsport Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 just a obsovation jeff but dont the longer engine mount go exhaust side so the manifold clears the chassis ? Not sure as to which is the correct way but I fitted them that way because thats how I fitted mine so that the exhaust cleared the floor! Maybe it depends on the manifold! Rocker cover looks smart now dad!!! Look at you getting all arty farty with the pinto in the forground!!!
MightySprocket Posted January 8, 2008 Report Posted January 8, 2008 looks great, hopefully be in touch on the summer mr harris, I have two half decent crossers that you could maybe make into one HPE

Jeff HPE Motorsport Posted January 8, 2008 Author Report Posted January 8, 2008 looks good but i think you need to swop the carbs around as the linkages are at both ends and not joined together in the middle If you have studied the picture that well you will also notice that those carbs are 50s, But well observed young man. I wanted to take a picture before I left for home, & those carbs were already out, so they were put on just for the picture! Thanks everybody for your comments. Jeff Harris..
