Daggle Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 Well after waiting since November 2006 and having more problems then I care to think about, I had a phone call yesterday. The Anglia was ready for collection, it flew through the MOT (it only failed on a blown indicator bulb ) So off I popped to go and collect it, I would have got some pics but I was running late for work. Drove it into work with a BIG grin on my face, damn it felt good, and fast Seems like I still have a few problems to iron out of it. I found out the hard way that the petrol gauge isn't working, coz I broke down on the way home from work at 11pm last night. Big thanks to my bro CHUD who came out to help me out. Also it seems that the Kenlowe fan isn't working either so its looking to overheat all the time if it wasn't so damn cold. Anyway I be posting up some pictures when it stops pissing it down here in Kent. Just wanted to share the news.

DoireMan Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 What's in her Daggle? I initially expected a hot xflow, but seeing as it took so long, I'm imagining it's something a bit more exciting. I bet you stuck to the speed limit the whole way though, eh?

Its just a 1600 xflow, however its a long story as to the problems I had with it

ocean wasp Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 Daggle, Have you just put the 1600 x-flow in recently? Did it have a pre-xflow in before? If so there may be nothing wrong with your fan mate, and it probably isn't overheating either. The temperature senders are different on the x-flows and they make the Anglia gauge read high. Of course I could be wrong
