mk3tina Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 im after a set of these type of wheels but not sure what they are and dont have a piccy, ive seen them on capris and think theyre a factory item, alloys and have lots of straight spokes on them, black background to them with a silver face on the spokes, think theyre fitted to 'S' models, and also i think the A-Team van has similar ones fitted but theyre red instead of black thanks
john_3.0s Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 are the spokes crossed? you prob mean compomotives or alleycats
DAZZA Posted February 20, 2008 Report Posted February 20, 2008 A-Team and the Dukes were fitted with Turbo Vecs / Wolfies, I think the Yank equivalent may be Torq Thrusts (also in 5 Spoke).... but im ready to be corrected on this..... As for the capper ...... cant think?
mk3tina Posted February 24, 2008 Author Report Posted February 24, 2008 no the spokes arent crossed, ive got a set of compomotive alleycat style ones already, and theyre not the type that are in the picture, they are pretty much the same as dukes of hazzard ones thinking about it, just that ive got a t shirt that has a capri on it with these wheels on and it looks like an S on the side of it (the picture is just a single colour print of the outline of the capper crashing through boxes with WHAM! in the background)
X FLOW EDDY Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 Do you mean compamotive CX wheels ?
Krusty Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 As said above, Turbo Vecs aka Turbo Veins. Sported by the General Lee and the A -Team van.

tonymk2wagon Posted February 24, 2008 Report Posted February 24, 2008 like most have said, turbo vecs. the ozzy's have something simular too, see them fitted to oz spec rs2000. shaw escort tec had something like them for sale but not so much of a 70's cool dish as the "Generals".
