that was a quality site, but in a way its popularity killed it, most places have 5 groups of people going in per day so security is always going to be stepped up thus spolinling it for everyone

i joined and felt alienated cos you were ranked by how good othes though your exploring was. the round ones. thats like rating you on here into rooms you are allowed into based on how cool your OSF is.

 

i went to derelict places instead which was way better

I never joined up but i allways had time to look at all the underground stuff and a few mental hospitals .

 

Hopefully a similar site will form to replace it

Shame. I'd not been on in the last week or so. I'd joined up but only posted a handful of times. I started a thread on UE and posted a link to a news article about UE and it got deleted. When I posted it again the mod had a go at me. I didn't feel welcome, so I just lurked and looked at the amazing pictures that were posted.

I could have spent hours on this site if i knew it was there , there is a mental hospital up the road from me called cane hill. Thats one creepy place, got as far as the care takers house then turned around . That was at night though and its gaurded in the day by wardens.

Cane hill was a popular one, near me too but never checked it out. Never joined 28DL but browsed it occasionally, pity it was gone, some interesting threads on there
