Im awaiting a repsonse from St Christophers Hospice, I think you will all agree that every charity is worthwhile, but from your responses, a cancer based organisation has been most requested. Im really trying to get everyone involved, and as as a member suggested, its gonne be a bit of a zig zag up the country....... Now to the dates, could you suggest your preferences. We are in the Holiday period at the moment, so anytime soon will be difficult with many members abroad. What does everyone think about - A) A season finisher, maybe October when most meets and shows have finished, or a season opener, early next year?

caprinerd Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 Need to sort out, pick up and drop off times as well, remember most members work, im getting a good responce from a few members and mates around this area, but it all depends on times because of their work Im a carrer for the wife, so time aint a prob but other members will have the prob. If it can be that, the lead motor has contact number of the next lead motor, to contact with a rough time to meet up, this will help and a good location for the swap over, with a decent land mark that is well known to that area then people wont be getting lost.
