bomber1 Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 Plasitc not so fantastic... Not been before but hear there is to many newskool.. yes true and this was the conversation going on at a local meet a week or so ago. i think it was driver that came back with if we didnt go there would be no oldskool up. so we should all go to show up the new skool plastic how good and intresting the old stuff is i will be there to watch the osf whippig the nsf arse on the track
Mr Sam Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 not been before but the lack of drag racing and abundance of plastic puts me off..........so does the weather
Admin Vista Posted August 2, 2008 Admin Report Posted August 2, 2008 Not going this year, it's not the presence of the modern stuff that puts me off it's the fact that it seems to be given centre stage every year.

bomber1 Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 but the more osf stuff that turns up will surley push the plastic to one side
Admin Vista Posted August 2, 2008 Admin Report Posted August 2, 2008 but the more osf stuff that turns up will surley push the plastic to one side It doesn't seem to work that way mate. Every year I've been there the nice stands in the centre on the grass are populated by row after row of identical mondeo or focus, whilst we're all out around the fringes on the concrete.
Posse Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 We are on the grass the same spot as last year.As for the plastic there seemed to be more osf's last year.

bmxdave Posted August 2, 2008 Report Posted August 2, 2008 Not going. Been before. A lot of new skool stuff although i didnt mind most of it. It seems to be the same every year with a few different osf cars that change. All the nsf is the exact same year after year. Plus id rather save the cash.
