Old skool, cheap, 16 valve, quick in standard trim for their day and emminently moddable? There are a few 70's vauxhalls I like and the Lotus Sunbeam and avenger tiger both tick the right boxes, but I reckon these are still the cheapest around. This one seems to be keeping a mk2 at bay too.
