this country is screwed and if any one says anything they are labeled racist i heard on the radio the other day that women and people of foreign origin are to be given job prefrence over white males i thought it was a joke at 1st

Lidl's is cheap they have about 8 people in a 3 bedroom house so they can cut cost I didnt say anywhere that they didnt spend anything at all.

 

I know you didn't. If they shop in lidle they are still spending and adding to the economy

 

 

 

The money they earn isnt staying in the british economy its going straight accross the water to there family and off coast accounts , now if you have a look at the state of british economy at the moment you will realise that we are about 40% through a credit crunch ......

 

Personally I think the problems many people are currently experiencing is down to living beyond their means. In other words, if you can't afford a new car or a second holiday, don't have one. Yes, there are many people struggling now because their fixed rates are ending, but I would like to bet that is not the only reason.

 

 

I think if you complained to Mc Donald's about anything the staff there did or did not do, they would SACK THEM. Result? They had paid NI and tax, so would qualify for benefits, which we would do if we were unemployed in an EC country. Also I suspect the tent pictured was probably inhabited by an unskilled immigrant who cam here thinking the streets were paved with gold, but didn't find work when they got here. It's common here in London, people from poorer bits of the EU sleeping in shop doorways.

brits still move to the likes of new zeland to try and better their lives, its just that people over there dont kick up a massive fuss about it

 

 

Well there is the point to be made here that a large proportion if not all the British that move abroad do so with money in the bank and skills that are of great benefit to their new country.

Not many countries will take people like we do, you have to prove your worth for places Like Aus and America and that you can pay your own way.

Not moving with the clothes on their back and a hand held out to catch a free ride at mine and yours expense, and believe me I work bloody hard for my cash and to pay my tax.

it is a fair point, and yeah, some do come here with nothing and live off handouts, but they do get jobs, and they do get taxed

 

and not all foreign people come here with nothing, a fair amount come with money in the bank

 

a polish bloke i know moved over from poland with his wife to be, he left a job over there and came here and lived off money he had saved up to move here with, then searched for a job, got a job as a waiter and is now a manager of a restaurant, he's a really nice bloke who has just come here to give his wife a nicer quality of life.

 

i dont think its fair to tar every single foreign person with the same brush!
