i should have thought thats quite a good price considering the heritage of the car. dont imagine you could get an equivilent bmw or porka with that kind of history for that.

I'm not normally one to care about history but i think it is wicked!! A replica just would not be the same, try and get that injection set-up now! All the old skool engineering in those cars are great and look way better than modern stuff.

Yep, you could build one for less than 30K , and Kugelfisher mech/inj can be found to keep it authentic ... but they wont let you in at the Goodwood festival
