uh oh i have an ebay problem...

just logged into my email address and had 7 emails all titled EBAY MITGLIED MESSAGE FROM (insert my ebay name here)

 

and i opened it and its apparently a message from me saying im the cheapest importer of electronics in the far east

 

so i went into ebay, changed my password and checked my sent messages....ive sent over 40 of these things out

 

 

 

think im being hacked!!!!

 

what the feck do i do!?

also all these emails were sent out to german ebay accounts and theres roughly 30 of them

Report it to ebay and ask advice.

so the emails came FROM your ebay account or a german one?

you get fake emails in a name close to yours with a link embeded to take you to your account BUT when you use it to log in the scam site you are actually signing into grabs your password then hacks your account

NEVER sign infrom any other link than the one you save in your PC

just spoke to a guy about this and you have to get intouch with scam@ebay.com

forward the messeges to them, and they will contact you about it

got it sorted.

 

i rang the ebay help line and then spoke to them on live chat.

 

they locked my account down when they found out my account had been hacked and made it so i had to confirm who i was before they would unlock it.

 

didnt help my date of birth was wrong on my account
