atomic punk Posted November 17, 2008 Report Posted November 17, 2008 I never really thought of mine as 'rat', but I suppose it fits the bill I'm not keen on matt black, and I'd love the sort of high quality paintjob that some people feel is the only aceptable way to be but I just dont have the cash

It's dented to fook,probably cant see in this pick but the roof has been jumped on by kid's for the last 15 year's. The passenger door's been kicked in the boonet's had a hammer to it the front of the wing's are dented and rusty but still quite solid oh and as for the boot lid Should i just get it running and slam it over revo's

Great bloke. I had the honour of racing with him some years back. He's one of the friendliest guys in drag racing and that car is sooooo much fun. This car must be the definition of 'Rat Look' - scruffy, dented, flat paint, but packing a turbo cossie on nitrous. He uses it as much on the street as he does on the strip! Awesome......Just awesome!

I didnt want to throw a load of of paint stripper on a few select panels and add a few trinkets here and there. Instead i let it go naturally and the patina of being used for a massive amount of mileage travelling to work everyday did it for me. By the time id sold it on i thought it was brilliant and everything id done seved a purpose or had happened for some reason. I do like these purpose built ratters, im a massive massive fan but theyve got nothing on the genuine articles.

The headlights were removed to improved air flow to the mustang V8 under the bonnet.... and this is my other... got that's "oh ! ..... just toed it into a field l.....look about it..... .... the roap add's to the effect...
