It was a buy now then decide what to do with later car Like many old Fords, it's got good bits & not so good bits. Ive only had a quick prod around so far. Look's like were in the same boat then I just cant get over the fact that me and you have found 2dr mk2's tucked away for 15 year's and then re-discovered within week's of each other and on our own doorstep's too ,not to mention we live about 20 mile's apart, if that. I know of a 1 owner from new, low mileage Mk3 Capri thats up the road from me sitting on the driveway of a big house in a cul de sac. The old boy came into my work and saw mine and said he has a Capri too. Said he would sell it, so popped round to take a look, my boss offered a fair price and would have given it a FULL resto, but now he cant part with it - great original condition too - shame
