I personally think its down to the indervidual car, I maen a standard looking capri, to me looks fugly, but I have seen some very nice moddified ones, but for me if it aint a 2.8 then its not worth bothering with because I see them as a bit of a British muscle car (or the closest we have got) and to open the lid and see 1.6 just dosnt do it for me

yea do it deuce, get a nice mk3 capper a lazer or something will b a good daily hack 4 u, else not u thought bout a mk4 or 5 cortina??

You should well get one! For economy id go for a 2.0 pinto so a 2.0 laser or 2.0s or something. Id love a mk1 3.0 but they're worth loads more. Cant wait till i can drive mine again but the Cortina kicks ass too.

Gotta be a MK1. Stick a power bulge bonnet and twin headlights on it. Will look like an RS. Even saw one once with Fiesta Supersport wheels diamond cut, and a duck tail. Looked the mutts nuts and ran a 1.6 pinto. Whatyareckon?
