The last time I spoke he gave me some advice which I didnt listen too and for that I messed up another friendship which I don't think will be the same again rip Marc i'll miss you always

He only found out he had cancer 2 weeks before he died When we were teenagers,he converted the garage into a hangout for us over the winter months. He was a top bloke. Then 3 years ago I lost a very good freind. He was only 24 and a complete fitness freek. He didnt drink, smoke or put an ounce of fat past his lips. His girlfreind found him curled up on the floor one morning dead! They think it was a heart defect, but they wernt sure. I think it just goes to show that no matter what life style you choose, When yor time is up, your time is up I know it hurts mand, but chin up girl

(family included !) but more time for people who I can get on with and speak frankly about things , life is for living not putting up with things !
