I used to have a 1100 mk1 escort and the exhaust on that used to set of car alarms a quarter mile away. Who's got what and how does it sound?

GOD i wish i could remember what it was. The bloke i bought the car off said it was a Jeff Howells or Geoff Hales or something. Ring any bells anyone?
