Mk2Jo....Was there ever a Mk1Jo? Are you like Jake 2.0? :D

Nope .... no MK1 although the name was used because when I first joined I was with a chap with a MK2 .... good job I got the MK2 RS I reckon otherwise I would have to think of something else as interesting as my current name :lol::lol:

I'd bought the van with no engine or gearbox, as Pete who owned it before had blown up his xflow, fitted a BDA and blew that up after 800 miles so he was a bit pissed off. I had accumulated some Zetec bits and engine as I was going to put it in my saloon, but when Pete decided to sell, I snapped his hand off.

It wasn't too difficult to get the engine in. Getting it running right has taken about 6 months but I use it daily. It still needs a rolling road sesh just to squeeze every last bhp out of it.

When I used to work in the breaking side of the firm I was costantly getting coverd in oil like P/S fluid, gear oil all that sort of crap so the lads named me slick. Then when I got conned into a banger race the obvious number to choose was 50. But then when I was signing up to the forum I miss-spelt slick then dicided I quit liked Slik so Slik 50 was born

Check these out!

I aint doin it again

Deuce Coupe has to be said Doose Coop a la American Graffiti surely? Hehehehe

I would have chosen Smudger (all Smiths are Smudgers but I dunno why) and as the nick was already nicked, I added the 105e on. Except I have only one 105e and two 123e's. Sort of.
