Not sure why people are so sensitive about certain terms that are used for vehicles really ... in the bigger picture, is it really important? Not really, it is not a derogatory term. The 4 door has MORE doors than the 2 door so it is purely an observation I suppose. I would be offended, however, if someone called my car a shitty rust bucket but would not be offended if it was called a "less doors" model

 

As for the South London look ... it is a look that was well recognised in South London and has been used to describe the look of the time. If you talk about the South London look then people generally know what sort of look the car has to it. Again, just an observation i suppose
