You have got to grieve, don't bottle it up, if you wanna cry, then cry, no-one will criticise you for that. I don't do grieving well myself (couldn't take the cat to the vets when I ran her over coz I kept crying!).

Dunno what to say mate, as nothing I write will make your situation any better, but as has been said, time is a healer, but it will take a long long time probably :(

If it's any help, all your OSF mates are here for you...

Mate were all here for you, i think at somepoint we will all lose a very close friend, and its crap, my mate was killed in a bike smash sometime ago now and it still gets to me now, just not as raw as it was if that makes any sense, as said as time passes it heals bit by bit, you never forget em and never will.

Both my best buddies and housemates got killed within 6 weeks of each other in 95, both had young kids, it hurt like hell at the time and it still does now when I get to thinking about it but it does get better as the years roll on...

Whatever you do dont bottle it up, I did for years, went out, got sh1tefaced all the time to forget but it does catch up with you in the end, best to get it out...

I had one of my mates kids knock on my front door a few weeks back, wanting to know what her dad was like as she was 2 when he died and she didn't remember him, she's 16 now and has only heard her mums side of the story (her mum and dad were seperated when he died), that hit me bad for a few days after, but I hope I put a nice image of him in her mind for her...

All I can say is I am sorry for your loss, but it will get better. You have to accept you will go through this, just go with it. You do what you feel you want to do to deal with it, and we are here.....

things will improve over time , my mate commited suicide last year and that hit me hard , even now when see cars the same as he had and when working on my car there are certain parts he helped me to do it does still affect me . Its never going to be a thing you forget , but you will come to terms with it . Don't bottle things up or turn to drink etc to make you feel better as its only a temporary measure . You need to grieve in your own way and time . Take it easy mate
