recently bought this 1.6 ghia as it is , 19k from new, proper full inside and out respray in black, never been welded

bargain of the century, even came with 4 brand new 20/20,s with brackets and proper steady bars and a spare brand new ashley system and manifold , lowered all round, brand new tyres , the car is in really good condition, i was always quite anti 4 door but now ive got this its changed my mind , this ones a keeper for good, guess how much i paid for it, the guy musta been mad, i didnt knock him down , i snapped his hand off

my mate rang me and said a bloke he was workin with had an old mk2 escort for sale, 4 door in black and wants £500 for it, i thought its probably an old nacker, but worth a look, when i saw it i didnt hesitate , its really straight, and gen mileage, ive just bought mex front spoiler for it which will improve the front end , and gonna see about some diff wheels maybe some revo,s or minilites

serious, £500 , ive had a loada mk2,s over the years 2 dr 4dr estates but never had one as straight as this, its on original strut tops, original spare wheel well and even back arches havent been touched,original wings, its 2 owner car, even got original ford mudflaps , the guy who modified it had it since 85, it was stored 4 many yrs , ive got all mot,s from new clarifyin the 19k mileage

Nice car, and what a bargain.

Got a 1.6 ghia 4 door near me, old girl has owned it for over 20 years, its done 34,000 miles from new and its auto, so nice big tunnel. Will try and buy it from her.

im hoping to do a few meets with it this year with retroglam my mate tony and my mate pete with his mk2 tina gt estate, which is the ford test car which some of u may have read the post on osf few weeks ago, ive just gotta get it tested and taxed , it really doesnt need anything doing to it its just finding the time to take it 4 mot, hopefully doin scotch corner and a few other yorkshire meets , ive always had classic fords but never really done shows/meets etc but lookin forward to doing a few
