Good Luck

Get yourself a jar and put in all the money you would of spend on cigarettes, I'm sure that will inspire you to keep at it

Then when you get a bit of money treat yourself to something or make it your OSF fund.

first day the hardest?? :sulk:

i found every day was the same, and that's what ground me down!! 8 months of wanting to smoke, every day the same!!!! 8 months of hating beer coz they go together!!! 8 months of being pissed off!!!

no....i wasn't strong enough

but when i started again, i decided to cut down loads.

if you give up....then have a fag.......failed!!! may as well start smoking.

if you cut down, then have a fag.....not failed :D

i haven't given up but since i tried, 10 yrs ago, i smoke about a qtr of what i did.

dave, good luck (give me your fags and beer)

i may come over tomorrow to check up on you!! :mad2:

Downhill from here mate, after the first day i kept thinking, 'i did yesterday so i can do today too' and im 3 weeks away from seeing 12 months smoke free.

My reasons were for money really, starting in my first house and smoking near 20 a day was nearly half my mortgage!!!!!

Oh and best of luck.
