caprinerd Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 even when you finish it it`ll still be unfinished as you`l find something to do to it copey(mr fuzzy ), vibrating cake(wobbly bun ) my self, and many others before us have done this. the best quote has to be wobbly at the beginning of his project about just tidying it up and leaving it pretty much standard
capri.kid87 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 na neva finished mine is closest its been in 2 years and now I find the corner of the drivers footwell, the front of the seal and bottom of the wing have rusted off whilst I wasn't paying attention and I have decided that I wanna play with the eninge and put some other body bits on. Projects are never done they just grow.
DAZZA Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I walk out onto my drive.... sigh deeply..... then go back indoors.
RossMK2 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 projects are never finished there will always be a part that you think you can make it better
Russian Bear Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 I know the feeling, but my projects never finished cuz i keep changin me mind bout which way to take it
evil knievel Posted October 16, 2009 Author Report Posted October 16, 2009 I know it'll never be done. Even my daily is a pain in the bum- just finished adjusting the valve clearances, and it looks like who ever did it before used spoons as feeler gauges! But it drives much better now. I just want the Capri done!! It's going to be hard work but I'm going to get it done for the next Classic Ford Show!
immingham Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 My project has just been aborted . The little beige fiesta has slightly more rust than i first thought. It's got 3 ventilation holes in the floor. Gutted ...
