oddball Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Saw this on the news this morning Must have been absolutely terrifying for the mother to watch on helplessly Thank god he survived
Mrs O/H/C Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Thats awful. Glad that the baby is ok, the mum will be scarred by that for life.
caprinerd Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 when they said the driver was praised for his quick thinking i thought to my self what did he do try and swerve
Mr.Sumo Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Jeeeezus Christ Thank God the baby survived
mk1super Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Sterilisation should be brought in for people that stupid, she clearly hasnt the brains to care for a mouse let alone a child. It would have taken all of what 2 seconds to pop the brake on the pushchair? And she should buy a fookin belt! Better still hang her from a lampost by the belt as a warning onto others! As said above thank god that little un is ok
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 Thank fook the babys ok... I know a guy in his 40s now whos toddler was swept under the wheels of a dust cart near a school quite a few years ago...that one didnt have a happy ending at all, hes had counselling in the past etc but hes still all fooked up 20 years later... ive never spoke to him about it but just imagine that...duno what id do.
RossMK2 Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 imagine how youd feel standing watching that hapen imagine how the driver felt see it rolling onto the track and can't stop the train
caprinerd Posted October 16, 2009 Report Posted October 16, 2009 mates dad use to drive trains for the london underground he had 3 suicides in a month screw his head up and gave him a heart condition he had to quit the job as every time he got into drive one again he kept seeing people jumping out this sort of thing does more than scare a parent it screws others that see it as well
Lardy Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 god that has to be my worst nightmare all you can do is put the emergency brakes in and close your eyes poor f'ing driver i bet he was in pieces i know i would be its bad enough when you see toddlers running about on platforms and dick head kids who think its really funny to pretend to push their mates but grab hold of em bloody hilarious that
Andrade Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Where was she lookign when pulling up the trousers anyway the pram travelled like 2 meters away from her before she realised
X-pack-Glyn Posted October 17, 2009 Report Posted October 17, 2009 Apparently tube train drivers get 3 months paid leave if they get a "one under"... fook me, you'd only need 4 nutters a year and you're sorted for life!
Mr Sam Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 when they said the driver was praised for his quick thinking i thought to my self what did he do try and swerve my dad used to be a guard on the trains and once a doris came into the cab and asked where the steering wheel was has seen some very nasty sights in his time aswell so glad the baby was okay
lotusless Posted October 18, 2009 Report Posted October 18, 2009 feel sorry for the train driver + the kid for having a brain dead mother in the first place!! some people are just not cut out for looking after others
