I think I said £130 - £180 for a set of these. I've never seen them go for that much and suspect that the seller just got lucky with a bidding war going on between 2 or 3 people that had to have them at any price.

i have seen these fetch from 200-300 pounds on bay keep your eyes open sometimes they pop up an nobody bids i missed a set only one bidder an went for only went for 100 pounds i was gutted got some now tho

ive got some 140 clocks in mine but only 7000rpm rev-counter,was told they came out of an early mex all deep dish dials. All the dials ive looked at are 8000rpm?? might part with them if you are after a set??

King hell! I remember a time when 110mph 6 dials could be got for £20, 130mph clocks for £40 & 140mph clocks for £60!

the only thing holding me back on me mk1 is the mex wings, but half of that is me because i prefer steel wings

mine is 7000k too thats because i had a set of dish 110mph clocks an replaced the 110 for a 140 clock

The 140/8000 ones are Twin Cam or RS 1600 and with these cars being £25-£40k now the parts that are unique to these models are getting rarer and more expensive all the time! I paid £100 2 years ago for mine.
