It's alright Dan, you don't have to start sticking up for the geordie accent. I quite like it. It's the way though that she tries to sound posh these days. IT's like accent denial.

 

Reminds me of my Auntie Pat. She's a proper brummie, but has built up this stupid accent over the years that sounds, well, like a dutch lady talking with a lollipop in her mouth
