I know someone who moved from Carlisle to Chester, went into a bakers and asked for a sausage roll. I grew up in south shields and washington, both just outside newcastle for those who dont know the area, so I am northern.

 

I wind up the mrs, and say that now I live with her in Leeds, that I live in the midlands!

 

my mate is a stand up comic in newcastle he says

 

leeds is 90 miles down from newcastle, space is 60 miles up from newcastle, so space is more northern than leeds!
