drayton Posted January 3, 2007 Author Report Posted January 3, 2007 there 13" didnt come on the festa, got them from a friend he said they were Mk1 Capri wheels but i didnt recognise them from that, he had them in his garage for years, tha bloke that gave them 2 me is about 60 and he had them on a fiesta when he was young, so they are getting on abit !
Onyx Dave Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 Wolfrace used to make them but cant remeber what they called them
jay Posted January 3, 2007 Report Posted January 3, 2007 very nice tho............. dunno what there called.......
105Nick Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 They were aftermarket rims, I saw a place doing them the other day but can't remember which site, could have been northants tyres. Do you not recognise what they were also found on - General Lee might give you a clue and the A Team van in 5-stud form.
you'll get 10s on that Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 WOW They look sharpe on the Festa. The Wolfrace wheel refered to is the Turbo which was a generic design of the time. Many US wheel manufacturers supplied similar designs .I don't think its a Wolfrace as they usually have a small "banana" in the rim edge that shows the wheel size and offset . I think they may be a Performance wheel (yes the original manufacturer of the Superlite). Are there any markings in the back of the wheel? which may help to ID?
Rick Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 theyre cool. im sick of seeing rs 4 spokes on everyones cars
Doc Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 theyre cool. im sick of seeing rs 4 spokes on everyones cars and superlights
V8ian Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Turbo-Vecs or Turbo Sonics, Depends on who made them, Wolfrace or Appliance.
Gareth Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 I reckon they're sexy as hell..... Imagine them on a bright red mk3 2door cortina
