C, fastest top speed

D, round the track

 

To me A & B is a lot to do with gearing

C, is a lot to do with power , big boost cossies do 170mph when spooled up flat out in top gear

D, is a lot to do with the handling set up, small power nova,s , fezza,s fly round the track when set up propely
