Yeah we were parked right next to these toss pots, Flashing light, floodlight loud music and that shouting. Security came 2 times that i know of and a few people camping asked them to turn it down and yet they still carried on. Didnt stop till 4, put a bit of a dampener on it for us tbh.

totaly agree mate comlete Apple Pies there was no need for it we had 2 babys with us and got no sleep. The security told us that they got to agressive so they couldnt deal with them, wat were they getting paid to do then? We kicked off the next day to classic ford chairman and got all our money back because we were told there was'nt a family area.we wont be camping next year it completely put us off :x:x:x

The organisers only let us camp in the stand area as we all had cars on trailers/beavertails and we had to have it agreed by the 'top' man of Santa pod.

All of the tents had to be cleared before 7 am to allow the stand to be set up.

There is a family camping area on the pit side at the very top

Sounds like a plan.

Also this family area sounds like a good 2nd option which I never knew existed. Is that another bit of worn out grass near the worn out grass where everyone else is?

It's a nice camping area albeit quite a walk from the rest of the site and the loos. It is way up past the club stands and on the left side in a grassed area if you look at the OSF marquee with your back to the CF trade area

Got a feeling that Classic Ford is going to end up like FordFair(no camping),there was camping there a good few years ago until the trouble got out of hand one year then they just said no more, that would be a shame :(
