livewire7116 Posted July 19, 2010 Report Posted July 19, 2010 marshalls never get injured tho!! they have a reg flag and a whistle which stops all known injurys! as for the car all it needs is some hub caps and a touch up stick!

Mr2Caps Posted July 20, 2010 Report Posted July 20, 2010 marshalls never get injured tho!! they have a reg flag and a whistle which stops all known injurys! as for the car all it needs is some hub caps and a touch up stick! I have been a marshall for over 18 years, although I mainly do rallies and sprints when I have the time. A couple of points here, I have known marshalls be killed and injured in incidents like these, when you think about it we are only one step away from being at the side of the track. As for the marshall in the cap, yes he was a lucky boy, but during my training I was always taught to study my escape route and to never turn my back on the car, as then you can't see what it is doing....Glad to see everyone was ok though
2litreScapri Posted July 20, 2010 Report Posted July 20, 2010 Motorsport is dangerous...if you drive a Seat Seriously though, glad no one got injured in that
RossMK2 Posted July 20, 2010 Report Posted July 20, 2010 will there be an enquiry because that drver who pited looks like it was done on purpose to me?
