i know a girl that did the same thing with her vauxhall viva in an mot centre, the same girl ran a bloke over on a zebra crossing (not hurt though) even now many years later she still stops dead approaching zebras even if they are clear cause she is so nervous. some people should not have licences!

It does remind me of the time when I was a spotty YTS kid working for Honda. I put a Honda Legend onto a 4 post ramp and stuck it halfway up in the air, I then go off for my lunch and another mechanic decided he would have his lunch in the car listening to the radio.....

I come back from lunch stick the car in the air and then turn the key to warm the oil up, not knowing that the other mechanic had knocked it into gear.....

I ended up hanging out of the car with my legs danglin out the window, the car ended up half of the ramp, with the back wheels just on the end of the ramp, the front end crushed the MOT headlamp tester and another mechanic's toolbox....

Cue one angry service manager who had a LOT of explaining to do to the customer who bought his car in for a simple service...

FPMSL when I was at the other yard (breakers) I was trying to start up a new focus that had been shunted up the rear. I had the remote booster on as I reached the for the ignition, cranked it over only to soon realise that it was stuck in first gear  No word of a lie it kicked up then flew across the workshop straight into the side of a 307 knocking the 307 of axle stands
