There was some right crap on TV today, and this week as a whole. However, to counter this and avoid the subsequent feeling of disappointment I decided not to watch it.

I enjoyed Top Gear though and, as one of the few car shows left on TV, will continue to do so.

The way i looked at it was they were trying to be serious with where they were but couldnt and they had proberbly been told by some body high up to get the message across its safe in Iraq cos the army has done there job i dont want to get into a debate with anyone it just didnt seem the usual kind of stuff they get up to

Its an entertainment program. Its not a comedy show, its not supposed to make you laugh solidly every episode.

Take it a face value, a car based entertainment program with a huge budget, thats generally visually fantastic and sometimes makes you laugh.

Sounds about perfect to me.

And for the record, I really enjoyed both of the recent episodes.
