Then why not just pay a visit with a friend or 2 and ask for your money. That is unless you are just trying to provoke a keyboard warrior fight on this site ???

Has to be a better legal route to take surely??

Firk the Police, you have been ripped off for 3K When the is a deterrent people take a different view.
