I'm sure it was only a 4 door mate

It was built in 1989 i was buying Mk2's for £25 a time back then !!!

Bought it for my missus and kids to play in, price i paid will just about cover the cost of the new parts fitted ......

Brand new calipers, disk's & pads

New rack and ball joints, Track control arms

Spare diesel 5 speed box

New rear brakes

Wolfrace wheels

1600 gt engine & box

4 Branch

Twin Choke weber ....... the list goes on !!!

no idea what that is but get it lowered like 4 or 5 inches and it'd be sweet

It's a Rickman Ranger

I'll discuss it with other admin but I think the answer will probably be no (re the CF stand).

Apparently it was lowered when he bought it, but the front springs had been cut in situ and the struts were also sliced into which he didnt think was very safe, so he bought a pair of very low milege replacement struts, new disk's,calipers, pads, rack tca's etc. and rebuilt the front end when he fitted the corsa power steering conversion.

I just got it cheap for my missus to play in through the summer, i wont let her take one of mine to School to be wrecked in the car park while she works in the office there, kids like it cos it's differant and the rear seat folds down and can be used as a van, with a towbar !!!!

I wouldnt take it anyway mate, was more of a laugh as i know peeps hate these types of vehicle.

I have bought it though and he delivered it this evening, i actually quite like it and it's a good drive with the power steering fitted.

Got a couple bits to do, like fit a differant exhaust as it vibrates but on the whole i think it should be reliable with all the new bits fitted.

Sorry bud, it's a no to it being on the stand.

hahaha.

If the car was shown it would have required some serious rebranding.

Yeah i reckon for just under £600 11mths mot and taxed for a galvenised chassis and fibreglass body (no mot rust failures) with the power steering and electric windows fitted, fold flat rear seats giving you a escort van type sized load space and a towbar was a bargain really, excellent as a slightly differant quick rwd dailey.

I'm always interested in a deal mate, give me a shout let me know what your thinking ?

It does have it's bad points as well but on the whole it's a very usable vehicle, i've been out and about in it this morning and it's good fun to drive.
