SPEED KILLS', then it cuts to Richard Hammond looking confused and patting himself to check he's still alive. This morning, the Road Safety campaigners are banging on how irresponsible it was of Clarkson to take the piss like that. Read that sentence again. ROAD SAFETY CAMPAIGNERS. Um, wasn't it a freak accident in the countrys fastest JET POWERED car, on a private runway/track? Ok, they may have a point if he'd wrapped the latest Ferrari around a lamp post at 140 on the public highway. It pisses me off. Ooh you're not allowed to do this, you're not allowed to do that. Don't drink this, don't eat that. Oh just FECK OFF and let us get on with it. We all know speed kills and it's stupid to speed in built up areas, 30 zones, 40 zones, 50 zones, etc etc. If someone crashed and hurts someone being a dick then they deserve to have the book thrown at them. But he wasn't in any of those places. And the health and safety people are STILL looking at the safety procedures. Well hang on a second. If the safety procedures weren't adhered to, wouldn't hammond be dead?

Truthfully though speed really does kill, every time I get stuck behind some pleb crawling along at 35 in a 50, I want to get out and kill them, ergo speed kills.

Health and saftey has taken stuff to another level... more extreme. Just look at what we used to get up to during the 60's 70's and 80's, we are all still here and health saftey wasn't an issue back then. It's a shame they don't put as much time, effort and thought into the Criminal Justice System and the courts. Fecking good for nothing penis' who get paid extortionate amounts of dosh for doing a pointless job and being a penis.

Throw them into prison and throw away the key. Have 'The Common Sense' law, where if you do something that hurts you, or watch something that upsets you, it's your fault for doing it in the first place. If you have a fall or injury in the workplace, you should be more careful. No more compensation claims. (see above) Ban disclaimers before TV programs and on all adverts (see the Common Sense law). I'll make it illegal to complain about TV programs. Use the OFF button. It does have one you know. (see the Common Sense law) Free car tax for older cars. Free beer and porn for everyone.
