hello all i am new to this forum and thought i would post a pic of my new escort project.I have always wanted a mk2 but could never find one i wanted so i bought a genuine nova sport to restore in the mean time.The problem is now the nova is not quite done and this mk2 came along so i bought it to put to one side until the nova is finished.I plan to put a zetec in it as the weedy little 1.3 just won't cut it i am afraid but i will keep all the old parts to revert back to original if need be.So here are some pics of my nova and my one owner mk2 sport for you all to look at.Enjoy.

Welcome to the site sport looks good keep it 1.3 + bog standard there are too many modded cars about now, we need to keep some of the ford heritage going

Welcome to the site mate, we had a genuine black 1600 sport last year and it was very rare.... 1300 sports are extremely rare now especialy black so I personaly would keep it standard as Lotusless says..... Bit of heritage is nice to see!!
