Good year for us this year with Dad getting down into the Low 9s in the first season of the Turbo'd XE!

 

First run out for the year was Classic Ford Show back in May where the first run off the trailer was a 9.51 at 142 mph which was unexpected! Dad then went on to win the Forced Induction Class with a 9.61 on Sunday

Moving on to September it was Round 6 of the OSFDC at VW Action and with the boost up a few more psi a 9.2 at 146 mph going near the barrier at the end of the track aswell

And to finish the season off at the last round of the OSFDC a couple weeks ago Dad run a 9.14 at 149mph and a 9.15 at 151 mph. Going past 150mph means a parachute will be needed for next year and if you watch the video you will see the car has no grip as it leaves tracks all the way up the track!

So the car will be having some tweaks throughout the winter months and will be back in anger in 2013
