Hello, simple really. I want an lsd. Where from, price? And which ones have you got.

Mine's a tran-x plate LSD.  Tran-x folded but now acquired by Quaife.  There's a couple of different types available but plate is the best imo.  Here's a good vid explaining its workings:

I have a tran x for sale if you like . It's only done about 50 miles. Only reason I changed it is because I now have put Grp 4 shafts in. Pm me if interested .

Having watched that video, I would agree with the statement below that someone has made. It's a useful video for explaining how an LSD fits together but makes no explanation at all as to how it works or what it does.

 

 

Sorry but where is the video link to that title? On this video I only see a guy explaining what parts are inside a LSD...but does not explains how a LSD works...

I have got a tran x LSD  and I love it it is the best thing I have bought for my escort it totally changed the handling of the car if you get it set up correctly it will not make any noises at all.
