steve mk2 Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 how cool is that we had 6 inches of snow in our area and i went out for a drive i dont think i ever drove in a straight line for more than 10 seconds!!! leanrnt a bit off S drifting dow a straight road and i could keep the back out for ages all around long swooping corners at like 15 mph!!!!!!!!!! its so fun bit if you ever need to stop suddenly you aint got a chance. i was out drifting roads for about 3 hours till i started to run out of fuel so then i went snowboarding!!!!!!!!! 32psi in the tyres and a hell loada ice and snow and rwd = loads of fun!!!! any of you lot do the same today????? or are you all sensible and diddnt drive?

orionmojo Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 i didn't have the bottle to take the 'tina out but i had about 4 hours of handbrake fun in the onion got stuck twice and had to use the interior mats for grip, and had to get my mate to push aswell, found a 'virgin' trail aswell, and soon found out why when i got stuck halfway up, went backwards and then couldn't stop. i managed to swing it round using a gate entrance and very sheepishly return to the main road great fun!

I told them I had never driven in snow before and wanted to get some practice before driving on the road. They seemed to think that was reasonable enough

Andy504 Posted February 8, 2007 Report Posted February 8, 2007 HAVENT REALLY HAD ENOUGH SNOW BY OURS, BUT HAD FUN LAST NIGHT FOR ABOUT TWO HOURS, WENT SLIPPY ABOUT 10 OCLOCK WHEN THE FROST CAME IN PROPER GRIN FACTOR, AND WHAT THE REAR WHEEL DRIVE WAS INVENTED FOR, BEEN OUT FOR HALF AN HOUR TONIGHT ASWELL, DONT YA JUS LOVE THIS WEATHER. A VERY HAPPY REAR WHEEL DRIVE OWNER.

young un Posted February 9, 2007 Report Posted February 9, 2007 i hate snow i hate snow it took me and my dad 2 hours to get ten miles from my school to home we got stuck twice once at the bottom of the road and once at the juction of our close i am not happy steve
