We aim to do this as smoothly as possible, with as little disruption as possible, but there may be times when we have to bring the site down to to implement them. We'll give you plenty of notice and do it during a quiet time. So, the first mod has been made, and it's a subtle one. If you now place your mouse pointer over a topic, you will get see the first line of the last post in that thread, so you now now whether it's worth reading.

The mods we are doing have been suggested by users so it's not going to be any old crap we're bolting on because it looks good. OSF Bigger and better in 2007

I'm restricted to the modifications that other people have done, and listed them on the phpbb website. On other boards there is a popup that appears and lists the whole first posts, but that doesn't seem to be available for this forum.
