I've done minimal work, fitted rear seat belts, solex door locks, new electronic distributor, WOSP geared starter motor, radio fitted with period speakers and aluminium pressed number plates. In my opinion it's a shame the values have gone up so much as some people will be scared to take them to places and leave them parked up! There was an article in the Kent press about classic Fords being stolen for shipping overseas.
