I build, I source, I finance etc etc. BUT, it is always for sale. I have so many things I hanker after and only ONE life.. If it sells, great, someone gets an absolute bargain, if it doesn't, I can live with it happily until it does. You know you can advertise it on here too right? General for sale and wants forum.....
