The tracking no for your order is BZ804303030GB but it is not yet showing as delivered or carded on the Royal Mail system. Can you confirm that the delivery address of 4 The Q******* is correct please?

Actually that really hacks me off as you have paid extra for recorded delivery and we have paid them to provide a service. A service that hasn't been delivered.
