distributor wiring

have a distributor off a vilencer [ don't know how to spell it ] x flow , the one with built in electronic ignition . when it was removed the wires were chopped off. 1 green 1 brown 1 black

my question is anyone tell me which wire goes where

Black pos side of coil,

Green neg side of coil

Brown earth.

Make sure it's on 12v coil and feed, otherwise if ballasted it will only be 9v
