Admin Vista Posted October 7, 2016 Admin Report Posted October 7, 2016 Hi, this also states "crossmember to body 3/8 UNF"???? Am I reading it wrong? So it does, never noticed that before. It's made up from other member's input so may have some errors in it. You've tried the 3/8 ones though and they don't fit, try the 5/16?
colr6 Posted October 7, 2016 Report Posted October 7, 2016 I'm Suprised there only 5/1/6 would have thought at least 3/8 for a structural mount ?
BTM_FDR Posted October 7, 2016 Author Report Posted October 7, 2016 Yeah, I'll try give the threads in the chassis a good clean... anyone got a gauge to check theirs??? It's holding me back! Thanks for your input so far dudes
Ray Posted October 8, 2016 Report Posted October 8, 2016 will check later, as i had to buy a thread repair kit for the blue car certailly not UNC, i jusy put my purple car on a stand using those bolts, as far as i remember it was a fine thread
