My first car was a mk2 golf 1600 ryder. At the tender age of 17 i was paying £2747.65 per year. Thats £60 per week!.

Fully comp' mind , but still

Was an ace car, I just couldn't afford to put petrol in it

i recently got a quote on a 2.8i capper and it was just over £500

But i was quoted £2500 on a Volvo 360

 

and £3000 on a Civic 1.5 LSi.

 

But i was also quoted £1800 on a DeTomaso Pantera GT5 S.

 

Can you believe that? All i need now is £55,000!

i am 23 but i have only been driving for a few months thats why.

 

How much! Im only 19 and can insure one for about £2k.

Umm I wouldn't drive un-insured I just think that paying over £1000 is ridiculous!! I've never had to pay more than £500 including mods, if I did I'd be cycling everywhere!! A push bike is still RWD

£370 fully comp (£100 excess) any motor upto 7.5 ton as long as it doesnt carry more than 2 cars,maximum value £10,000, I'm not allowed to add more than 1 car a day to the policy for private use though but the amount of vehicles on the policy is unlimited
