hi Guys

I'm in need of the Alternator mounting bracket and adjuster arm for a 1300gt 711 block crossflow, this is the small cast one that bolts at the bottom front of the block with 2 bolts, not the big triangle thing used on the mex or the rubber mounted 2 piece one, it may well also be used on other crossflow cars other than mk1,

this pic shows it in the bottom left with the 2 alternator bolts poking out, and also need the adjusting strap for the top

if anyone has one up for grabs, please pm me

tbh, I really cant believe how hard they are to find, I was expecting to find loads out there, but every turn there wasn't anything

the one off the car, to me dosnt seem right or its original, even tho the low mileage, its a very big heavy and bulky cast thing, with a no. on it that starts 3036E, which points to MK2 cortina

I remember seeing a replica one that Stage 1 was selling for BDA and BDG engines. It didnt appear as thick and cast like that one though. More pressed steel. May work in a pinch for some though if originality wasnt the goal.

they are totally different RP, that's a 2 piece one with rubber mounts, but still no adjuster arm either

this is the bracket that was on it, I cant find anything on the net about it or see anything with it fitted, and part no. references a mk2 Cortina
