ca_eng_ford_fan Posted September 14, 2018 Report Posted September 14, 2018 Does any Old Skool Ford Forum member out there have any sources, contacts or leads to a Lotus Cortina Mk2 (not Mk1) Speedometer? I've seen the old 2016 posting from another Forum member, looking for Lotus Cortina Mk2 speedo & tacho. Never saw an answer as to whether he found a source. Please respond thru the Forum if you know of a source. Thanks.
katana Posted September 14, 2018 Report Posted September 14, 2018 I'm guessing they are different to, say, a 1600E ? If not, then attaching the word 'Lotus' might turn some away - imagine someone has a known 1600E gauge, see's your request but knows his is a 1600E and not a Lotus - even though they could be identical - see the issue? If they are different then a picture of what you want helps ............ as I wouldn't have a clue lol!

Xp197777 Posted September 14, 2018 Report Posted September 14, 2018 Is it the same as any other ford model
colr6 Posted September 14, 2018 Report Posted September 14, 2018 Very similar to the reliant scimitar gauge. Dare say if you copied the face off a lotus gauge and got the likes of speedy cables to fit and recalibrate, could be a cheaper option. The lotus gauges gauges fetch in the region of £250-350 saw one nos @£500
