voodoo57 Posted February 21, 2019 Report Posted February 21, 2019 Any idea what these were originally fitted to?
katana Posted February 21, 2019 Report Posted February 21, 2019 Look Escorty - not RS as these have integral steering arms! All out of guesses now!
voodoo57 Posted February 21, 2019 Author Report Posted February 21, 2019 Thank you, that's one off the list.?
colr6 Posted February 21, 2019 Report Posted February 21, 2019 Not 100% but think all mk1s have removable arms along with the Capri. So off the mk2 range.

So off the mk2 range. early mk1 escort had bolt on arms but different bolt pattern to capri type so they are mk1 or 2 escort the mk2 has a bigger hole for the tre taper to go through

Good point forgot about that! .....it’s an age thing...lol I was unaware of the different bolt pattern, your meaning on the steering arm .yes?
notenoughtime Posted February 21, 2019 Report Posted February 21, 2019 Mk1 would have 7/16th unf threads and mk2 will have 12mm threads on the wheel studs
