So as with most of us I've been doing winter improvements. Some forced, some voluntary. Car is looking closer to how I want. Think I need a twin cam style anti tramp bar on the front to pull my wheels forward a little. (Anyone got 1 for sale?) Other than that I'm getting an engine tune then should be ready for run outs!

Its not an 'anti tramp bar', its an anti ROLL bar - FYI, and two totally different functions.

Personally i'd say the wheel was positioned about right ( a bit high at the front but its your choice) - Using TC ARB's seems to be a minefield to get right using non genuine bars and brackets!

Agree. But if you do change the ARB first check how many mm you have left if the front wheels are turned (lock-to-lock). Rear axle is positioned to the back a bit but that could be optical illusion.

When on full right hand down lock, the wheel rubs very slightly on the drivers wheel arch. No issues on passenger side. Other than that the position is fine. Previous owner has fitted an anti dive bar with double width brackets and rubbers.

Yes real axle is back a bit but, that photo isn't square on. This has only happened since fitting the lowering blocks. How do I pull it forward a bit again?

This is the difference in the springs I fitted so I don't know how to drop the car much more at the front. Approximately 3" shorter than the original spring. (I'm only a novice spanner monkey at best) 20220129_121507.thumb.jpg.e9ec272c67ee242d48ba48153f880d6b.jpg

Wow - I would have NEVER said those were 3" lowered springs fitted - more like +1" over! What struts are fitted - are they extra firm?

Im on capri 2.8 struts so I assume bilstein inserts. The springs are 145lb so not firm at all. Actually quite a nice ride given I've got a zetec up front. Car was much higher before I put the springs in.
